Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another guest and helps avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance (but more than 12 hours prior) will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance (but more than 4 hours prior) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. How to Cancel: You may cancel your appointment at any time by clicking the link provided in your confirmation text or email. You may also cancel via text message at your earliest convenience. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Early cancellations help us accommodate other guests who are hoping to schedule an appointment.
